At home, make sure that air-conditioning filters are replaced or better yet, cleaned up because the AC will surely be used more often. This will avoid congestion of the airflow. So much energy is used when the air cannot flow smoothly, thus too much consumption. You can also set up electric fans in the areas of the house with less ventilation.

Staying at home with the whole family is a perfect time to spend a quality time with each other. You can set your board games on the table and play a good game of scrabble, Millionaire’s game, monopoly or boggle. Yeah, it may sound old school but it’s still a lot of fun as you work out your strategy to win the game. If you wanna go techy, there’s game consoles, pc games, watch tons of movies with popcorn and soda and share hearty laughs with the entire family. You can watch good family themed movies– entertaining and wholesome.
